In a report presented by the Spanish Employers’ Association CEOE reported that the number of public officials within the administration is oversized and is also much overpaid. Employers Association President Juan Rosell says that to get Spain out of the economic crisis, must the same requirements imposed on the public employees in the private sector.

This is especially true productivity. Rosell added that there must be an end to the general belief that the Spanish public sector and the Spanish private sector is that two distinct galaxies could not be terminated.
