Junta de Andalucia Legalization of properties

Junta de Andalusias President Jose Anonio Grinan message on Sunday that the regional government will approve a decree on January 10 2012 that would make it possible to regulate the legal situation of over 300.000 properties that were built during the past 20 years – at least 50.000 of them in Malaga province can now get there legalization of properties.

More than 12.760 illegal properties have been identified in Axarquia, and it is estimated that there are 15.000 in the Guadalhorce valley, 3.000 in Mijas and 3.000 in Estepona, 1.600 in Serrania de Ronda, 1.500 near Antequera and 1.174 in Malaga town. The number of illegal properties in Marbella is not yet clear when the trial in the Malaya corruption is still ongoing and the number could range between 20.000 and 30.000 illegal properties in Marbella municipality waiting for legalization.
