Parts of the motorway A-7 in Marbella will have lights again. This was announced by Mayor Marbella Ángeles Muñoz on Tuesday after a meeting with senior staff in Spain’s Development Ministry Ministerio de Fomento.

The lighting along the motorway A-7 was closed down in December last year, only six kilometers from Puerto Banus and San Pedro have been enlightened. Now think Marbella municipality that there are roads that need to be light because of that road safety is threatened.

Security must be guaranteed for drivers and pedestrians. Within 15 days, a plan to be clear about which sections should light up. This applies especially at pedestrian crossings, roundabouts and bus stops on the highway A-7 in Marbella.
