Spanish Unemployed be monitored hard Unemployment fell April

No money to the tram between Velez-Malaga and Torre del Mar

The tram between Velez-Malaga and Torre del Mar stops scrolling at the end of May. Benahavis Marbella seventh most densely immigrant in Spain

The Spanish banks need 80 billion Euros

The British weekly magazine The Economist writes in its latest issue that the Spanish banks need 60.000-80.000 Billion Euros. The Banks need to get money in order to regain market confidence.

According to the article entitled “falsa Cumbre” false top meeting, said several investors and analysts about the situation in the Spanish banks. Last week, the IMF reported that the Spanish banks need capital; they said on the other hand, no amount or how much it would move on.

The Economist reports that the Spanish banks have it “difficult” to attract private capital since the country’s economy is currently under review. There have also been reports suggesting that Spain could be the next country that needs help from the European rescue fund.

On April 27 2012 there appeared new dark cloud on the Spanish sky. Unemployment continues to rise and has now reached 5.6 million, or 24.4 percent of the working population. It is the same figure recorded during the first quarter of 1994 and the third worst figure since 1976.
.
In the province of Malaga, unemployment has increased by 255 persons per day since the beginning and has now reached 274.900 persons or 34.6 percent. The Spanish unemployment is expected to continue rising until 2015, it means that the Spanish banks are in even greater need for capital.

Spain tourism industry wants the Spaniards holidaying in Spain

The Spanish tourism industry and employers are asking the Spaniards to holiday in his native Spain this summer. Joan Gaspart who is president of the Tourist Authority, the Consejo de Turismo de la CEOE, told yesterday an appeal to Spain’s inhabitants to close this summer’s holiday in Spain.

Joan Gaspart came with the invitation in the context of the Third Summit “Cumbre del Consejo de Turismo de la CEOE” which was inaugurated by the Spanish Queen Doña Reina Sofía. “Spain needs the Spaniards in the country, and Spain is a wonderful place that has everything a holiday requires.”

Spain residents account for 50 percent of the country’s tourism. In times of crisis is the income that comes from the tourism industry a top priority.

Mudder from leisure ports to expand the Marbella beaches

Spanish banking sector worries Swedish Finance Minister Anders Borg

Swedish Finance Minister Anders Borg sees the Spanish banking sector as the biggest threat to Spain’s economic recovery.

News agency Reuters quotes Anders Borg, who, during a performance of the Peterson Institute in Washington took up the economic situation in Spain.

He argues that although the Spanish government succeeds in balancing the public budget Spain forced to ask for an aid package, the banking sector is not cleaned up. Home prices fall 20 major cities U.S. February 2012

Home prices in 20 metropolitan areas around the United States fell 3.49 percent in February compared with January 2011, according to S & P / Case-Shillers index. According to Bloomberg News survey of analysts expected prices would have fallen by 3.40 percent year on year.

The corresponding index for the previous month showed that house prices fell a revised 3.94 percent over the same month the year before (-3.78).

.
Compared to the month before, prices, seasonally adjusted, by 0.15 percent in February, following a revised decline of 0.12 percent the previous month (-0.04). Best Development in February, compared with July 2011, reported from Phoenix, +3.28 percent, and Detroit, +1.51 percent.

The largest price declines reported from Atlanta with – 17.27 percent and Las Vegas with -8.54 percent. In New York, prices fell 2.96 percent in February compared with same month last year, in Los Angeles; prices fell by 5.20 percent and in Chicago, prices fell by 6.95 percent.
