The beautiful community of Ronda or “Ciudad del Tajo”, the May 31 and June 1-2 to arrange a new tourism project under the name “The romantic Ronda”. During the 17 and 1800′s the place was known to attract romantics – and bandits.

Now think about the municipality’s tourism operators recreate the bygone days when Ronda was an exciting and dramatic place to travel to. The place was known among bandits and smugglers, shepherds, artisans and writers who came here in pursuit of adventure.

At the end of May / June, Ronda’s exciting history recreated which will attract thousands of tourists. Extras, artisans, entrepreneurs, artists and representatives of some 140 groups are involved in organizing this event writes the Spanish newspaper ABC.

What do they intend to do about the 20.000 illegal properties listed within the coastal zone? Tear or destroy them down?

The province’s new mayor and city council as start operating June 11 are facing a very complex task; to take care of the huge debt mountain in the province’s municipalities.

On May 22, were the municipal elections in Spain. On June 11, begins the new term of office seriously and municipalities in the province of Malaga is facing an enormous problem in the next four years. Of all Spanish provinces has Malaga the fourth highest mountain of debt, only Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia are worse.

Overall debt burden is at 1.202 billion Euros. The economic crisis has been hard out municipalities in the province. Expenditure, investment and maintenance has not been offset by the revenue from such construction industry has collapsed like many property marbella.

The result is that many communes have borrowed money to keep up the pace of investment. From 2008 to 2010 increased the number of loans by 25.7 percent, from 956 million Euros to 1.202 billion Euros. The price of vacant homes in Malaga province continues to fall. This applies to older homes of the matrix as apartments, townhouses and villas also regard the new properties. Housing demand is very low, while there is an abundance of unsold homes in the province of Malaga. According to recent figures from the Spanish Development Ministry, Ministerio de Fomento, was the price 1.826 Euros per square meter in the first quarter of 2011. The prices have fall in Malaga province with 522 Euros per square meter or 41.000 Euros for an apartment of 80 square meters and the price decline has slowed. Compared with last year, prices have continued to fall by 8.0 percent. Properties prices have fallen most in the province of Malaga in terms of all of Spain. On average, prices in Spain fell by 15.4 percent. Madrid is second to Malaga in price by 21.5 percent. In Madrid, the square meter price has fallen by 644 Euros, from 3.004 Euros to 2.360 Euros.

On the Costa del Sol, prices have fallen most in Estepona by 40% and Marbella with 28.6%. In Estepona has the price per square meter fell from 2.939 Euros to 1.767 Euros. In Marbella, have it fall with 800 Euros to 2.023 Euros. Experts and analysts is agree that Properties prices must fall further this year by between 5 to 10 percent to reach a price cut of 30 percent compared to 2008. Buildings companies of new constructions, however, claims that prices can not fall more. Fernando Encinar, head of idealista.com say that housing prices could fall to the same level as in 2002.

Costa del Sol has so much offered us who live here or the holiday’s tourists. Many of Europe’s golf courses, miles of sandy beaches, skiing in Sierra Nevada, Ronda, Alhambra in Granada, Museums like Picasso Museum in Malaga, Theaters for some examples of what Costa del Sol have to offer us. But one thing have I miss totally, I have seen it week after week over the 12 years I have living here in Benalmadena, Fuengirola and Marbella without thinking or looking at it. We can all the time pick up free magazines everywhere like; Essential Marbella Magazine, Hot Marbella Magazine, Costa del Sol home Magazine, Euroweekly, SurinEnglish and many more free magazines. They advertising about Marbella apartments, furnish companies, car sales branches, property in Marbella for sale, shopping centers sale-out and million more things. But what I had missed in the magazines is all advertises for the live-music bars and live-music restaurants who offer so fantastic good artistes for entertainment every evening on so many places.
Alexandra Avery as Tina Turner, Cher, Britney Spears
Over the last 3 months have I visit many live-music places as Cloud Nine, Buzbys, Fuengirola Port, Bonanza Square and many more to listen too fantastic artistes on the stage, I found some really outstanding artist like Alexandra Avery, a beautiful English/Irish songbird with a vocal cabaret show of top class, Mad Terry, a Englishman who have no frames at all when he do his song and show, Lindsay Rose, Lennox Davis for example. Many of then have a past from England, Germany, Ireland and Scandinavian where they was and are still very good artistes, but like many of our self, they also like the tranquil and cam life stile and living here in Costa del Sol under the sun. So next time you are at Costa del Sol and out in the town look for some of the free magazine and just grab any of them and you can find many good and free entertainments show for the evening. My recommendation is to find and look at Alexandra Avery show. Costa del Sol is not only about properties,
townhouses, villas and apartments in Marbella, Fuengirola and Benalmadena.
